This includes gene expression and RNA splicing analysis, global DNA-binding and transcriptome analysis, epigenetic analysis including DNA-methylation and miRNA analysis and genome wide SNP and CNV analysis. Protein Science Facility Host: Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics (Karolinska Institutet) Type: Core facility The Protein Science Facility has been established to provide academic users with protein production services and access to the state-of-the-art infrastructure for protein crystallography and biophysical protein characterisation available at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics (MBB).
The facility is based on the platforms and methodologies established by the Structural Genomics Consortium project hosted by MBB 2005-2011, and offers subsidized services to its users.

We take care of issues involved in biobank law and we act as a central support for the counties’ biobank coordinators, healthcare providers, researchers, pharmaceutical companies and the public.
