FormPipe Software offers solutions within the area of quality information management systems. We have two different solutions that we offer to the Life Science industry; - FormPipe Platina, is our quality management system where it is possible to efficiently manage all documents (eg SOPs and instructions) and events (eg change, deviations, CAPA, customer complaints) and connect them to a well-defined automated workflow in the same system. Compared to using manual paper-based systems, you gain traceability, searchability and also a more efficient way of working. Furthermore, elaborate processses such as annual reports and periodic reviews will be much easier by making use of the different reporting functions in FormPipe Platina to compile necessary information.
The system is developed according to Formpipe Software’s strict QMS to support full validation of the software. And of course, FormPipe Platina has full audit trail of all objects in the system and electronic signatures that can be linked to specific tasks, documents or events.
FormPipe Long-Term Archive is our solution for long-term digital preservation of data. Instead of filing everything as paper copies, the data is stored as electronic files in a secure way. Besides the fact that all information is efficiently and securely stored, you gain searchability as well as traceability of your information also after it has been stored.
