The ability to profile and screen biologicals and small molecules is increasingly moving to cell-based systems. From our Oxford (UK) based biomarker testing labs we can advise on and support early and late stage, clinical and non-clinical sample analysis; we validate commercial kits and assess their suitability to diverse regulatory and non-regulatory demands.
We are frequently asked to develop new assays to defined performance criteria making them suitable for data submission to regulatory authorities, and have worked with the following platforms: ELISA, RIA, ECL™, Luminex® technology-based (xMAP), DELFIA®, FACS®, BIAcore and IRMA formats PK/PD and immunogenicity testing on many of the common platforms is also carried out to cGMP / GLP levels if required.
